These boxes contain a premise key and can only be accessed by fire department personnel. The cost of a locked key box is often far less than the cost of repairing a damaged door or frame during an emergency.
If you need assistance, we will install smoke detectors at no installation cost to you. The homeowner must supply the detector. (However, we can provide smoke detectors for families who cannot afford them. Please call for details.)
